When can we expect them?
Over the past 2 years happy hours often take place during peak gaming times throughout the world (6PM-10PM). However the large majority take place during these hours in GMT (London time) as most of EA’s development team is based in England (Guildford) and Canada.
Other than the above, happy hours often take place during the hype of some FIFA event, such as a Team of the Week release or a new FIFA feature being announced/release. Or alternatively when there’s a event in the footballing world such as Champions League games or domestic cup finals. This is because after you watch a football match you want to play it, so users jump on their consoles and boot up FIFA. Their hope is that you see their promotional offer of essentially having double the chances of pulling an inform players and end up purchasing FIFA Packs with FIFA Points (bought by real life money).
